Oh dear summer, where have you gone? These are all the noteworthy posts from August, it's nice to remember the summer days.

I started my series Could/Should/Would and one was about kissing on the first date. 

I wrote about paintchips and some fun projects you could do with them.

New Favorite Songs

Tweet Before I used to listen to a lot of like Top 100 songs with bad words and addicting beats but lately, I've been listening to more of what I would call contemporary music. Jason Mraz, Colbie Calliat, The Fray, Gavin Mcgraw, James Blunt, that type of music. Here are my top 5 favorites!

updates + project ideas

It's been pretty long since I've written a post so here are a few excuse/reason/updates of what I've been up to.

(The Holiday Book Of Awesome//Sweet 16//Stuff White People Like)

 This summer, I've been trying to be more social but I've also tried to be more cheerful and light and happy. The Holiday Book Of Awesome is amazing, it makes me want it to be Christmas even though I'm reading it outside in the sun. I haven't finished Sweet 16 yet but it's pretty good and I'm reading Stuff White People Like and it's so funny even though I'm not white.

Remember those paint chips? 

 Do you remember the post I made about all the paintchips I brought home the other week? Well, I put them to good use and I tried to make a card that was supposed to be straight and put together but instead it turned out to be like a triangle explosion.

 I like kinitting! Who knew? There's something about it and it's so satisfying to see all the string become a object that is held together. More updates about that later. :)

I just took pictures for a paper star tutorial that I'm going to post very soon so watch out for that!

I've admired The Wonder Forest for a long time now and for a long time now, I think Dana is one of the prettiest girls I have ever seen and she runs a  super successful blog too. She's just naturally pretty and I get jealous every now and then.

Paint Chip Inspiration

So, as I promised, I did say that I would be posting new DIY projects and today was the perfect day to take the pictures! The tutorials will be up later this week. Today, I actually went to the hardware store and I passed by the paint chip section and I was like "why not take a couple of paintchips?" Well, a couple turned into 50.

More Coming Soon!

Maybe those of you that read my blog have realized I really haven't been posting that much DIY projects and such but that's actually because I had a flood of ideas come in and I've just been working on it instead of blogging.  Not to worry though! The projects will be posted in about a week or so ( I still have to edit the pictures.) so look out for that!

In the meantime however, I hope these pictures below will be enough for now. :)

Insta-weekend

Hi there!

isn't he the cutest kid ever? // mini shopping spree! // where's all the smoke coming from? // why are Hollistor guys so hot?

So this weekend, I went on a mini shopping spree to get some new clothes and I'll be writing a post about that soon but I got some great finds! Also, have you ever wondered where they found all the hot guys to model in Abercrombie/ Hollistor ads? Like really? Where do they find all these guys because I want a taste of that!
